We’re proud to have supplied the new 33kV indoor switchgear for the Faraday Substation Outdoor to Indoor Development (ODID) project, supporting the successful modernisation of a critical electricity network asset and helping power the future of Hawke’s Bay’s network.
Over the past 12 months, Unison Networks, Unison Contracting Services Limited (UCSL), RPS Switchgear and a range of project partners have worked together to replace ageing infrastructure with a modern solution designed to support network reliability and performance for decades to come.
With the installation of the RPS switchgear complete and the project now nearing completion, this milestone demonstrates the value of collaboration, technical expertise and a shared commitment to delivering safe, reliable and future-ready electricity infrastructure.
Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this important project to life.
